It's at Km 9 of Boulevard Kukulcán, access is free, and during Spring Break it's simply the liveliest spot in the entire Hotel Zone, from noon until dawn.

How to Get to Playa Forum
Playa Forum is at Km 9 of Boulevard Kukulcán, right across from Forum by the Sea. By day, the R1 or R2 bus ($12 MXN, 25-30 min from downtown) works fine. At night, for getting to the clubs or back from them, most people opt for a taxi ($120-180 MXN, 15-20 min) rather than wait for the bus.
